My fingers are on the mend.

Had a great time jammin' with the guys again. My fingers blistered up for the 1st time in years. Must have been the friction from playing the Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath tunes. Kick ass bass guitar in their songs.

Blisters, ringing ears, sore backs & throats, but we made it through four hours. First practice in almost 30 years. A week of recovery and personal practice and then round 2. At least 4 of us got to go home and rest-Jim had to go play 4 more hours with his country band-BRUTAL!

OK-So 1st Sanctuary practice today FINALLY! Playing songs from our early 80's rock era, but trying to talk the guys into a couple of surprises-One current song "Bad Girlfriend" by Theory of a Deadman and best of all-a hard rock thrashing of a classic 80's ballad.
